Each module is priced on its own: a battle and a competition on the same day are two modules. Listing your event and selling tickets on danbuzz.com is free.
How you get paid
We pay out your ticket earnings in regular instalments from the day you list, and send the final payment within hours of your event ending. Here is when, how much, and why.
- Business daysPayouts go out Monday to Saturday, except bank holidays and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
- Cleared moneyWe pay on sales that have cleared our payment processor, which takes 2 business days (T+2).
- 100% of net salesYou receive the full net value of your registrations. Nothing is held back.

You list your event
Ticket sales start. Once your account is verified, nothing else is needed for payouts.

Every 10 days
Cycle payouts
On day 10, 20, 30 and so on after listing, we pay out your cleared sales.
Sales from the last 2 business days before a payout go into the next one.

Pre-event payout
One last payout, so you have funds in hand for the event day.
On a non-business day it moves to the business day before, so it always arrives first.

Everything that has cleared by then. An event ending on a weekend or holiday is paid the next business day.

Sales from the last 2 business days before the event, and on the day, clear after the final payout: we pay them as a closing balance.

Late refunds and disputes
A refund or card dispute that arrives after your payouts is adjusted against your next payout, or invoiced to you.

Dates are illustrative and shift with the bank holiday calendar.
When a payout can pause
To protect you and your ticket buyers, we may pause the next payout if:
- Refund requests rise sharply, or card disputes cross our threshold
- The event is cancelled, postponed or moved
- There is a problem with the venue or event permissions
- We suspect fraud, or your bank details need checking again
We tell you why and what we need. Most pauses clear within a day or two once it's sorted.
If your event is cancelled
Pending payouts stop and ticket buyers are refunded first. Payouts you have already received for that event are repayable within the period in your organizer agreement, and may be adjusted against your other events' payouts.
Settlement questions
Do I receive the full ticket amount?
Yes: 100% of your net cleared sales. That is the ticket value minus refunds, payment processing fees, our commission, GST on our fees and TDS where it applies. Nothing is held in reserve.
What if a refund or dispute comes after I've been paid?
We adjust it against your next payout, for this or any other event of yours. With no payout coming, we send you an invoice for the amount.
Why isn't my last payout exactly 12 hours after the event?
Bank transfers only happen on business days, and the newest sales take 2 business days to clear. We pay what has cleared within 12 hours, then the rest as the balance payout.
What if a payout date is a holiday?
Cycle, final and balance payouts move to the next business day. The pre-event payout moves to the business day before.
Which payouts go out the same day?
Payouts started before 2 PM on a business day are sent that day; later ones the next business day. How fast it reaches your bank depends on the transfer method.
Where can I see my payouts?
Your organizer dashboard's Settlements card shows, for each event, what you have earned, what we have paid and what is still due, with every payment listed. Your bookings download as a spreadsheet from the same page.
Why is my payout lower than my ticket sales?
Refunds, payment processing fees, our commission, GST and TDS come off first, and so do payouts you have already received. Ask us for the breakdown of any payout.
What do I need before I can receive payouts?
Completed KYC and bank verification, and a signed organizer agreement.
