What happens if an event is canceled or rescheduled?
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, you’ll be notified via email. Refunds or alternatives will be handled according to the organizer’s policy.
How will I receive my ticket after booking?
Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket and booking details. You can also view your ticket by logging into your Danbuzz account.
How do I book tickets on danbuzz?
Simply select the event, workshop, or camp you’re interested in, choose your ticket type, and complete the payment online. Your booking will be confirmed instantly after successful payment.
Terms and conditions
- Ticket once purchased is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated for the event.
- Please check the event date, venue, category, and ticket type carefully before booking.
- Each ticket/pass is valid only for the event and category selected at the time of booking.
- Event rules, eligibility, age limits, and participation requirements may vary and must be followed by all participants
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, instructors, judges, artists, or format when necessary.
- In case of event cancellation or postponement, the refund or transfer policy will be communicated by the Event Organizer/Danbuzz as applicable.
- Danbuzz acts as a ticketing and booking platform and the event is conducted by the respective Event Organizer.
- Participants may be required to show their booking confirmation/ticket and valid identification at the venue.
- By booking, you agree to the Danbuzz Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, along with any event-specific rules.
- Competition/battle registrations are subject to the specific rules, eligibility criteria, category restrictions, and judging format announced by the Event Organizer.
