1. Who we are and accepting these terms

Danbuzz (danbuzz.com) is run by Cresvia Dance Education Private Limited (CIN U85410AS2024PTC027355), registered office: 5 No. Patta Harmoti, North Lakhimpur, Harmoti Merbil, Laluk, Lakhimpur 784160, Assam. By using Danbuzz, making an account, or booking, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Danbuzz.

2. What Danbuzz is

Danbuzz is a platform where dancers book dance events, battles, workshops and classes, and where organizers, studios and artists list them. Most events are run by an independent organizer, whose name is shown on the event page. The organizer is responsible for running the event: the venue, the schedule, the judging, safety and entry. Danbuzz sells the tickets, collects the payment and passes it on to the organizer. Where Danbuzz runs an event itself, the event page says so, and Danbuzz is the organizer.

3. Who can use Danbuzz

• You must be 18 or older to make an account or book.
• A parent or guardian books for anyone under 18, and is responsible for that booking and for the child at the event.
• Some events have their own age limits or entry rules, shown on the event page.

4. Your account

• We make your account from the details you give at checkout, or from your Google account if you use Continue with Google. Give correct details: your passes go to that email.
• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or breaking these Terms.

5. Prices, booking fee and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees. Before you pay, checkout shows the ticket price, the booking fee and the total. There are no other charges.
• Paying with Buzzpass credits has no booking fee.
• Payments are taken by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).
• Your booking is confirmed when the payment succeeds. If Danbuzz takes a payment but no booking is made, we refund it in full (see the Refund Policy).

6. Tickets and QR passes

• Each person gets their own QR pass by email and on the booking's ticket page. Show it at the entry.
• A pass works once per day of the event. If it is copied or shared, the first scan gets in.
• For tickets 2 onwards you give each person's name, email and phone, and their pass goes to them.
• The organizer may refuse entry to anyone who breaks the venue's rules, the event's age limit, or the law, or who puts others at risk. A refusal for these reasons isn't refunded.

7. Buzzpass credits

• A Buzzpass is a prepaid pack of credits you can spend on Danbuzz. Each pack's price, credits and validity (for example "Valid for 2 months") are shown before you buy.
• A Buzzpass is a one-time purchase. It does not renew by itself, and we never charge you again without you buying again.
• Credits can't be refunded, exchanged for cash or moved to another account. Credits left when the validity ends expire.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Tickets can't be cancelled by the buyer. If an event is cancelled or moved, you get your money back as set out in our Refund Policy, including the booking fee when the event is cancelled.

9. Auditions, videos and other content you upload

• You keep the rights to the videos, names and other content you upload. You allow Danbuzz and the event's organizer to store, view and use it to run that event (for example to judge auditions).
• Only upload what you have the right to share. If anyone under 18 appears in a video, their parent or guardian must agree.
• Audition videos are deleted 7 days after the event ends.

10. Photos and videos at events

Events may be photographed and filmed. Danbuzz and the organizer may use these photos and clips on the website and on social media to show and promote Danbuzz events, without payment. If you want a photo or clip of you taken down, write to the Grievance Officer (section 16).

11. What you must not do

Don't use Danbuzz to upload or share anything that:

• belongs to someone else and you have no right to share, or infringes a copyright, trademark or other right;
• is obscene, pornographic, harmful to children, or invades someone's privacy;
• harasses, threatens or insults anyone because of their religion, caste, gender, or similar;
• pretends to be someone else, or is false and misleading;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, public order, or friendly relations with other countries;
• contains viruses or other harmful code, or breaks any law.

Also don't resell tickets for profit, book with someone else's payment details without permission, or try to break or overload the site. We may remove such content and suspend the account.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Danbuzz infringes your copyright, write to the Grievance Officer with:

• a description of your work, and proof that you own it or hold an exclusive licence to it;
• where it appears on Danbuzz (a link, or the event and ticket);
• a statement that the person who uploaded it has no licence from you, and that it is an infringing copy;
• your name, address and phone number.

We will take it down within 36 hours. If you don't send us an order from a competent court within 21 days, we may put it back, as the Copyright Rules, 2013 (rule 75) allow.

13. Liability

• For an event run by an organizer, the organizer is responsible for the event itself. Danbuzz is responsible for your booking, payment and passes.
• Danbuzz isn't liable for indirect losses (for example travel or hotel costs) except where the law says otherwise. Our total liability for a booking is limited to what you paid for it.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against Danbuzz because of content you uploaded or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover Danbuzz's reasonable costs of that claim.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first: most problems are solved on WhatsApp. A dispute we can't settle may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator agreed by both sides, seated in Guwahati, Assam, in English. This doesn't stop you from going to a Consumer Commission.

Write to the Grievance Officer about any complaint, including about content on Danbuzz. We acknowledge it within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

17. Other links

Danbuzz links to other sites and apps (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and others). Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the change here with a new "Last updated" date; a booking keeps the Terms that applied when it was made.

19. General

• If one part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• Headings are only for easy reading.
