Refund and Returns Policy
REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
All payments made on Danbuzz are prepaid.
2. Buzz Pass & Wallet Credits
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Expire after plan validity
- Unused credits are forfeited
3. Event Tickets
- Non-refundable once confirmed
- No refunds for no-shows or late entry
4. Event Cancellations
- Decisions are made jointly by Danbuzz and the organizer
- Danbuzz has final authority
- Refunds may be issued as wallet credits or original payment method
- Platform fees are non-refundable
5. Partner Cancellations
Danbuzz may penalize partners for frequent cancellations and withhold payouts in cases of fraud.
6. Danbuzz-Owned Events
Partial refunds may be issued at Danbuzz’s discretion.
7. Fraud & Misuse
No refunds will be issued in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or policy abuse.
8. Support & Disputes
Refund requests must be raised via email. Disputes are resolved through arbitration.
