1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Danbuzz (website, app, services, events, Buzz Passes), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. About Danbuzz

Danbuzz is a digital ecosystem connecting dancers, studios, freelancers, event organizers, and users. Danbuzz acts as a platform and facilitator and may list both third-party and Danbuzz-owned services.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18+ to register.
  • Minors may use services only with guardian consent.
  • Some services may have age restrictions.

4. User Account & Obligations

  • Users must provide accurate information.
  • Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
  • Misuse, fraud, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Services & Bookings

Danbuzz offers access to dance classes, events, studios, freelance services, and professional opportunities. Availability varies by partner, plan, and location.

6. Buzz Pass & Wallet Credits

  • Buzz Passes are prepaid wallet-based plans.
  • Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire as per plan validity.
  • Unused credits are forfeited after expiry.

7. Payments & Fees

  • All payments are prepaid.
  • Platform and convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • Danbuzz may collect payments on behalf of partners.

8. Events & Cancellations

  • Event tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled.
  • Event decisions are taken jointly by Danbuzz and the organizer.
  • Danbuzz holds final authority on refunds or credits.

9. Partner Services Disclaimer

Danbuzz is not the service provider for third-party listings. Partners are solely responsible for service delivery, safety, and compliance.

10. Danbuzz-Owned Events

Danbuzz holds limited responsibility only for events owned or hosted directly by Danbuzz.

11. Intellectual Property & Media Rights

Users and partners grant Danbuzz rights to use event photos, videos, and performance clips for marketing without royalty.

12. Prohibited Use

Users may not use Danbuzz for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, or IP violations.

13. Suspension & Termination

Danbuzz may suspend or terminate access without notice and without refund in case of violations or misuse.

14. Limitation of Liability

Danbuzz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

15. Indemnification

Users and partners agree to indemnify Danbuzz from claims arising from misuse or policy violations.

16. Third-Party Links

Danbuzz is not responsible for external websites or services linked on the platform.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.

18. Modifications

Danbuzz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
